Good question from a good friend involved in development asking to identify a "sweet spot" for breaking down silos so that all the people in this room can better collaborate towards developing new work (ideally locally grown).

I'm not so sure it's about breaking down the silos, as finding bridges across the gaps. Different size theatres all live within different pockets of the same ecology, which have different demands upon an organization. We've got to make collaboration look attractive from a number of different angles, if we're going to get everybody on board.
